Terms of Service

MislyAI (“MislyAI”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted life-coaching service that helps you set goals, build daily routines, and reflect on progress. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You can stop at any time by closing your account from the Settings area.

You must be at least 16 years old to use MislyAI. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share with your coach, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

We support sign-in via email + password and Google OAuth. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16. If you believe we have, contact us immediately and we’ll delete the account.

Plans, briefs, milestones, and reflections produced by MislyAI are generated by AI models drawing on your inputs. They are meant as encouragement and structure for personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Do not rely on MislyAI for decisions that warrant a licensed professional. If a goal touches mental health, physical health, legal matters, or financial planning, please consult a qualified practitioner.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models or prompts
• Use the service to harm, harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone
• Submit content you don’t have the right to submit, or content that violates applicable law
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service

You retain ownership of everything you write into MislyAI — goals, journal entries, reflections, custom prompts. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. We do not train foundation models on your private content.

The MislyAI name, logo, and product UI are ours. Don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

MislyAI is currently free during beta. When paid plans are introduced, billing is handled through Stripe. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and don’t entitle you to a partial-period refund except where required by law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account immediately if it materially breaches these Terms, and otherwise on 30 days’ notice. On closure we delete your personal data per the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you’ve paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we’ll notify you by email or in-product before it takes effect. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. EU consumer rights remain available where they apply. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Sofia.
