How is this different from a habit tracker or journal?
Habit trackers count days. Journals reflect on what happened. MislyAI builds the plan, writes a daily brief, and remembers the why — so when you hit week six and momentum dips, the app already knows what you signed up for and nudges you back to it.
Do I have to talk to AI to use it?
No. The plan generates once at signup from a 30-second guided intake. After that, daily use is reading the morning brief and ticking habits — the same shape as any habit tracker. Coach chat is there if you want it, but it's not required to make the product work.
What if my goal changes?
Free covers one active goal at a time — life changes more often than that. Pro lets you regenerate the plan as your situation shifts, and run several goals in parallel (work + fitness + family, all with their own cadence).
Is my data private?
Stored encrypted, exportable any time, deleteable any time. We don't sell data and don't use your goals or chats to train models. The privacy policy spells out exactly what's stored where, and the settings page has a one-click export and a one-click delete.
What happens after the free tier?
Your plan stays. You stop being able to add new goals or chat with the coach without upgrading, but the existing goal, brief, weekly recap, and habit ticks keep working forever. If you upgrade later, every Pro feature unlocks against the existing data — nothing's reset.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes — it's a web app that works on any modern browser and is responsive to phone, tablet, and desktop. There's no native iOS/Android app yet (planned post-launch); the morning brief is designed to take 60 seconds whether you're on a laptop in the kitchen or your phone on the bus.
