Questions
What happens to my goals if I cancel Pro?
Your goals, plans, and history stay intact. You go back to the Free tier (one active goal); the rest are paused, not deleted, and re-activate the moment you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial?
Not separately — the Free tier is the trial. You get one real goal, daily briefs, weekly recaps, and 5 chat turns a day. Subscribe when you've decided Misly fits your week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage everything from your Stripe customer portal in Settings → Billing. You'll keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
Are there refunds?
If you upgrade and decide it's not for you within 7 days, email us and we'll refund the month — no questions asked. After that, cancellation is end-of-period (you keep what you paid for, no further charges).
How is my data used?
Your goals, journal entries, and chat conversations are private to your account. We don't train on your content. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
